komikia is important for artists.

Over the last decade manga as grown very popular, but there is still hundreds and thousands manga artist trying to break into manga industry; to draw a quality manga page it will burn out your midnight oil, for those who cannot take the pain of finance struggles and hard work. They just quite manga, for those who does live up the pain and believe in a never give up sprite are still struggling to put food in his table.

      That’s why komikia was created. They aim to help each individual artist to make an income to keep their manga dream alive. That income is achieved through komikia's impression system program; it’s a system that pays every artist by how many pages of manga or comic you read.  Not only that, but the team behind komikia is working in many ideas internally to find ways to increase revenue for artists!

     Komikia is dedicated and working hard in what is most beneficial for artists and readers. I am proud to let you know that I will be participating to the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge in order to raise funds for children with cancer.

The Leucan Shaved Head Challenge is one of Leucan's major fundraiser. Participants in the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge put their own heads up to raise donations from people around them: family, friends, neighbors, colleagues. It is also a gesture of support for children whose body image is altered when chemotherapy provokes hair loss

Leucan (www.leucan.qc.ca) is an association whose mission is to help cancer-stricken children and their families believe in a brighter future. Leucan invests in the clinical research of the 4 pediatric oncology centres in the province of Quebec. It also looks after the families of children with cancer at each phase of the illness by providing them with services like : financial support; welcome, emotional assistance and support; hosting and support in playrooms at the hospital; socio-recreational activities; massage therapy; a school-life service; and end of life and bereavement follow-up services.

Be generous, it is for a great cause and my effort means something!
